    All this cheeseburger was missing was a malt shop next door. With the crinkle cut fries of my youth, cheeseburgers don't taste like this anymore. My mom & I enjoyed lunch here when passing through. Appreciate them being open on a Sunday. And a cheeseburger that was a blast from the past.

    Stopped at AJ's on a whim based on others reviews.  We were not disappointed for sure. The cheeseburger and okra were delicious. Best tasting burger meat, (juicy and flavorful) I've had in years.  Might try the cheesesteak or chicken wrap next time. We will be back again next time we go through Edna on the way to the coast.

    I'm not trying to ruin anything, this is my honest opinion about the food that's all.
    I don't want a new recipe or a perfect American famous dish.
    Just a simple burger with fries.
    OMG!!  really no way :( how's that possible.
    Don't just sell food with no personality and make a deal, try to get better cook something  real.
    Something that makes people come back.
    I know I'm not coming back.

    We went off the beaten path to find this quaint place in Edna, Tx. We were driving to Houston and were trying to eat at a "non-chain" place. This place looks like it used to be a gas station. The food was delicious!  My son had a milkshake and they hand scooped the ice-cream. It was so good! If you're ever in the area, I recommend popping in. It's always great to support local businesses!

    A BURGER I'LL REMEMBER!! My husband and I stopped in on our way back to Houston with our toddler. Kids' Steakfinger Basket, a Philly Cheesesteak, and a Sourdough Cheeseburger were all AMAZING!
